Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026. This page is deliberately kept lean because this shop (as of today) has no accounts, no checkout of its own, and no cookies of its own — only recommendations with a redirect to Amazon. Should that change (e.g. a newsletter, our own analytics tools), this text will need to be expanded.

2. Overview: what data is processed here at all

This shop has no registration, no login, no shopping cart, and no checkout of its own — the actual purchase happens exclusively on Amazon, after you click a product link. Accordingly, the amount of data we process ourselves is small:

What we do NOT do: no tracking/analytics of our own, no advertising cookies of our own, no selling or sharing of data with third parties except in the technically necessary cases named below.

3. Server Logs (Hosting)

When this website is accessed, our hosting provider automatically processes information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits automatically (including IP address, date/time of the request, page accessed, and browser used). This data is technically required to deliver the website and ensure system security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is not combined with other data sources.

Hosting provider: ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany (the same hosting account as the main domain birthday-adventure.de).

4. Google Fonts

This page loads the fonts Fraunces, Inter, and IBM Plex Mono from Google's servers (Google Ireland Limited). In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Google so your browser can load the correct font file. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent, high-performance presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Amazon Associates Program (Affiliate Links)

This shop participates in the affiliate program of Amazon Europe Core S.à r.l. and affiliated companies ("Amazon Associates Program"). Product recommendations on this page link to Amazon; if you buy something on Amazon through such a link, we receive a commission. This comes at no extra cost to you.

Clicking an Amazon link is a normal visit to Amazon's own page — we ourselves do not place any Amazon tracking pixels, invisible counting scripts, or cookies on this page that log the click with us. Once you actually visit Amazon, only Amazon's own privacy policy applies there — we have no influence over that processing.

6. Cookies

This website itself currently does not set any cookies — neither technically necessary nor optional ones. There is therefore (as of today) no cookie consent banner, since no cookies requiring consent are set. Should this change in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly and a consent mechanism will be added before any new cookies are set.

7. Retention Period

Unless stated otherwise, server log files are deleted or anonymized after 7 days at the latest (an industry-standard period for detecting faults or misuse, see the hosting provider in section 3).

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and objection (Art. 21 GDPR) regarding the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact kontakt@birthday-adventure.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy will be updated as soon as the actual data processing changes (e.g. when a newsletter or our own analytics tools are introduced). The version current at the time of your visit always applies.
